How do you use a gas can? Have you ever actually thought about it?

Gas nozzles are wonderfully engineered to keep fuel vapors contained. That also holds true for the gas they are supposed to dispense. This is the executive summary for an ethnographic study, I conducted with my team at Brooks Stevens. Our goal, to determine what the market actually needed and how we might design a nozzle that exceeded those needs. What we found was quite compelling. This is one example of my extensive experience in the field, planning, facilitating, and analyzing insights from research, in my role as Director of Research and Design at Brooks Stevens.
